Vertex is the B2B odds delivery API of a quantitative sports betting syndicate and odds provider. It gives external clients programmatic access to proprietary pricing across a broad range of sports (soccer, tennis, basketball, baseball, ice hockey, American football, combat sports such as MMA and boxing, esports, and many more), delivered as both REST catalog endpoints and a real-time WebSocket feed. The full, current set of sports is returned by the /sports endpoint.
Data Hierarchy
Every price in the Vertex feed is anchored to a five-level hierarchy: Sport → Competition → Event → Market → Selection. Understanding this structure is essential for routing messages, building catalogs, and storing data on your side.
Stake Limits
Every market carries a minimum and maximum stake. Read them over REST with GET /events//markets?expand=stakelimits. On the WebSocket market channel, they arrive with every marketupdates frame, and stakelimitupdate tells you when they change.
