Returns the participants your API key has access to: teams and players that compete in events. Responses are paginated — the participant catalog runs to tens of thousands of records, so page through with page and page_size. Filter by sport_id to scope to one sport; use expand=sport to embed the full sport object inline instead of issuing a follow-up call to /sports.
